Who is the RISE program for?

Ambitious professionals, managers, and high-achievers whose growth is being capped by fear, self-doubt, or impostor syndrome, never by a lack of ability.

How is this different from generic confidence coaching?

RISE runs on a structured, four-phase method (Recognize, Interrupt, Strengthen, Elevate) that works on the fear beneath the behavior. That is why the change holds, instead of fading the moment motivation runs out.

Is RISE one-on-one or group?

Both. You can work privately in the 1:1 Intensive, join a small group cohort, or start with the self-paced course.

How long does it take?

The 1:1 Intensive runs as a focused 3- or 6-month container. Group cohorts and courses are shorter entry points.
