My story

From surviving to thriving.

For years, my life was quietly run by a fear my past had installed in me, the second-guessing, the people-pleasing, the sense that I had to earn my place in every room. I know what it is like to perform “fine” while falling apart underneath.

Then I did the work, naming what actually happened, breaking the patterns that kept me small, and rebuilding my sense of self from the ground up. It was not fast or linear, but it was real. On the other side was a life that finally felt like mine. WhatsTheFear is the method I wish someone had handed me back then.
