  • Learn something new – Acquiring a new skill will boost your self-confidence and motivate you to keep going forward. It will also give you a sense of accomplishment and lessen your loneliness.
  • Set new goals – Make a plan for the future and clearly define the goals you want to accomplish before setting new ones. Set deadlines for these objectives and put them in writing. You will regain control of your life if you work on your progress.
